The project provides the fit out for the South London theatre company in the basement, ground and first floors of a new-build residential tower block. The scheme provides two performance spaces as well as associated front-of-house and back-of-house areas, including: cafe and bar, dressing areas, technical galleries and company offices.

Designed on a limited budget, the project utilises raw materials and exposed services to maximise project scope; a central void creates a double height space within the foyer housing the bar and seating area.

The main auditorium is capable of housing up to 315 people depending on configuration; demountable balconies maximise flexibility of both audience and productions. A second, smaller studio space, aimed at youth and community shows is capable of holding 100 people.
